A Texas attorney for your Trust — at fixed-fee transparency.
Pratt Law Group, PLLC dba Prestige Law Group. Texas State Bar. Estate planning that doesn't bury you in billable hours.
Most Texans putting off estate planning say the same two things: "I don't know what I need" and "I don't know what it'll cost." We solve both.
Prestige Law Group offers two paths: productized fixed-fee Trust plans (Essential, Complete, Premium — from $497 to $1,497) for the majority of Texas families, and custom engagements for genuinely complex matters — business succession, blended families, tax-sensitive estates, special-needs planning. You pick the path that fits.
"I'd talked to two big-firm estate attorneys at $5,500 and $7,200. The Prestige Law Group team scoped my matter — small business, two kids from a prior marriage — at $9,000 fixed-fee with a delivery date. The clarity alone closed the deal."

Questions Texans actually ask
What's the difference between this and your $497 Trust?
The $497 Foundation Trust is a productized plan for clear-cut situations. A custom engagement is for situations where the off-the-shelf plan would leave gaps — a closely-held business, a blended family with potential disputes, an estate near or above the federal exemption, or special-needs planning. Same firm, different scope.
Why fixed fees instead of hourly?
Hourly billing punishes thorough planning and rewards meeting attendance. Fixed fees align our incentive with yours: deliver the plan, well-drafted, on time. We've productized intake to make this work without the firm losing money — and the result is transparent pricing for clients.
How fast do you respond?
Custom-engagement consultations are scheduled within 1-2 business days of intake. Productized Trust plans are delivered within 1 business day after intake submission.
Do you handle estate administration too?
Yes — we handle Texas Independent Administration, Muniment of Title, Affidavit of Heirship, and Trust Administration as separate engagements. Most are fixed-fee.
What's your jurisdiction?
We're a Texas firm. We draft for Texas residents. For multi-state matters, we coordinate with out-of-state counsel.
