Five productized Texas trusts

Texas trusts. Productized, attorney-drafted, flat fee.

A trust is the right structure when you want assets to avoid probate, you have specific instructions for how something is used after your death, or you need a legal owner that survives you. TexasEstates.com offers five productized trusts at flat fees. Each is drafted by Prestige Law Group, reviewed by Darryl Pratt, and built to do one job well. Matters that exceed the productized scope — federal-exemption-level estates, dynasty / GST planning, charitable structures, business succession integration — route to our sister firm Continuum Counsel for advisory engagement.

Choose the right trust

Revocable Living Trust — Individual ($497)

For a single settlor — divorced, widowed, or never-married. Probate avoidance, privacy, smooth transfer to beneficiaries. The foundation of every trust-based estate plan.

Revocable Living Trust — Joint ($997)

For two settlors planning together (typically spouses). Joint amendment authority during both lifetimes, survivor's-trust / decedent's-trust split provisions on first death.

Trust Package — Individual ($1,197)

RLT + Pour-Over Will + Essentials (POA, Medical POA, Directive, HIPAA, Declaration of Guardian). The most common configuration for a single settlor building a complete plan.

Trust Package — Joint ($1,597)

Joint RLT + coordinated Pour-Over Wills + Essentials for both spouses. The complete couple's plan.

NFA Gun Trust ($497)

A revocable trust to hold NFA-regulated firearms (suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs, lawful machine guns). Multi-user access. Smooth succession at death.

Pet Trust ($497)

A trust under Tex. Prop. Code § 112.037 to provide for animals during and after your lifetime. Named caretaker, named trustee, dedicated funds, enforceable standards of care.

Trust funding — turn paper into a plan

A trust on paper without funding is an unfunded promise. We offer two complementary funding products:

Attorney-Assisted Trust Funding ($297)

Your personalized, attorney-reviewed funding playbook — asset by asset. From your intake, we generate step-by-step instructions for retitling each asset into your trust, sample letters to financial institutions, and a funding-status tracker.

Fund Your Trust Bundle ($297)

A General Warranty Deed conveying your Texas property into the trust + a Designation of Homestead — the two recordings most trusts need to be properly funded and protected.

Annual Funding Review ($277/yr)

An attorney-conducted annual review of your trust's funding status. We check whether the assets you intended to be inside the trust are actually titled to it, identify gaps, and deliver a written remediation report.

Expedited turnaround

Standard turnaround on solo trusts is 5–7 business days. Trust Package is 7–10 business days. If you need it faster, every trust SKU is eligible for an Expedited option at +35% surcharge for compressed turnaround: • Solo trusts: 3–4 business days expedited • Trust Package: 5 business days expedited For genuinely urgent situations (terminal diagnosis, impending incapacity), schedule a Continuum Counsel consultation instead — productized rushing creates malpractice risk on documents that need to hold up at death. We will not productize Emergency tier on TexasEstates.
