Bundles · Productized estate planning
Texas estate planning packages. Bundle what you need, save on the math.
A bundle is the right move when you're buying more than one document. Every bundle on TexasEstates.com saves you money versus a-la-carte and ships as one coordinated set — the documents are drafted to fit together, not stitched after the fact. Six bundles cover the full range from "I just bought a house" to "complete trust-based plan for two settlors."
The bundle ladder
Pick the one that fits where you are right now. You can always upgrade later — every customer gets a credit toward an upgrade for one year.

Will-based vs. trust-based — which package is right for you?
- Will-based packages (Essentials, Home Protection Bundle, Family Homeowner Stack): probate avoidance for the home only via TOD Deed; everything else passes through probate via the will. Simpler, lower cost.
- Trust-based packages: probate avoidance for the entire estate (when funded); privacy at death; smoother administration. Higher cost, more setup work.
- Most Texans starting their estate plan are right-sized by Essentials ($797) — the will + ancillaries combination handles 80% of estates well.
- Trust-based packages are typically the right move when: home equity + retirement + investments exceed $500k; the family wants probate avoidance for everything (not just the home); or there's a reason for privacy at death.
- Estates with operating businesses, multi-state property, or special-needs heirs — those route to Continuum Counsel
- Estates likely to approach the federal exemption ($13.61M / individual; $27.22M / couple) — Continuum Counsel handles tax-driven planning
Expedited turnaround on trust packages
Standard turnaround on Trust Packages is 7–10 business days. If you need it faster, every Trust Package is eligible for an Expedited option at +35% surcharge for compressed turnaround (5 business days). Will-based packages (Essentials, Home Protection, Family Homeowner Stack) ship within standard timelines and are not eligible for expedited — they are typically faster than trust drafting anyway.
