Parties

This limited-scope representation agreement is between [CLIENT NAME] ('Client') and Pratt Law Group, PLLC dba Prestige Law Group ('Firm'), a Texas professional limited liability company.

Scope

Firm agrees to provide limited-scope representation solely for the drafting and delivery of: [DOCUMENT NAME]. This engagement does not include ongoing legal counsel, litigation, probate administration, tax planning, or advice on any matter outside the four corners of the named document.

Fee

Flat fee of $[AMOUNT], earned in milestones per the Firm's Refund Policy: • 40% upon Client's submission of the intake form (drafting commencement) • 80% upon delivery of draft for Client's review • 100% upon Client's written approval and Firm's delivery of the final document Unearned fees are held in the Firm's IOLTA trust account through LawPay and move to operating only as earned, in accordance with Texas trust-accounting rules.

Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information through the intake form, review the draft promptly, and execute the finalized document in compliance with the Texas-statutory signing instructions provided.

Firm Responsibilities

Firm agrees to draft the document to the applicable Texas statute, review it under Firm supervision, deliver it promptly, and incorporate Client revisions within scope at no additional charge.

Term & Termination

This engagement terminates automatically upon delivery of the final document and Client's approval. Either party may terminate earlier in writing; any unearned portion of the fee will be returned to Client in accordance with Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.16(d) and the Firm's Refund Policy.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the county of the Firm's principal office.

Acknowledgment

By typing Client's full legal name on the engagement page and clicking 'I agree & sign,' Client consents to be legally bound to the terms of this engagement letter. The Firm's acceptance occurs upon receipt of Client's signature, at which point a limited-scope attorney-client relationship is formed. Order reference: [ORDER ID]
