Limited-scope Texas estate planning
Who TexasEstates.com Is Designed For
TexasEstates.com is a focused, limited-scope service. We deliberately built it to do one thing well: deliver foundational Texas estate planning documents — a will or revocable living trust, a statutory durable power of attorney, a medical power of attorney, a directive to physicians, a HIPAA authorization, and a declaration of guardian — at a transparent flat fee, on a defined timeline, through a streamlined intake. That structure is what allows us to publish our prices openly. It is also what makes the service unsuitable for clients with more complex situations. The sections below describe both ends of that line clearly, so you can decide for yourself whether to engage us, our sister firm, or another attorney.

If Your Situation Is More Complex
Many of our visitors arrive at TexasEstates.com after searching for affordable estate planning, and discover during intake that their needs are broader than what this service is designed to deliver. That is common, and we have a clear path for it. Pratt Law Group, PLLC dba Prestige Law Group also operates Prestige Law Group (legal brand) and Continuum Counsel (web brand), a focused practice serving physicians, medical professionals, and business owners across six integrated areas: business formations, contracts and operating agreements, buy-sell agreements, physician M&A transactions, business succession planning, and estate planning and trusts. That practice is led by Darryl Pratt, who is both a licensed Texas attorney and a CPA, and brings nearly thirty years of experience to every engagement. If your intake reveals that your situation calls for that level of counsel, we will tell you, and we will offer to refer you. There is no obligation to proceed.
