A Texas Living Trust, drafted right, delivered tomorrow.
The attorney-drafted, fixed-fee alternative to two-hour intake calls and four-figure retainers.
A Texas Revocable Living Trust is a document you create during your lifetime that holds your assets, lets you stay in control while you're alive and well, and distributes everything to your beneficiaries at death — without probate, without delay, without public filings.
Most Texas estate-planning firms charge $2,500–$5,000 for the same document. We charge a fixed fee starting at $497 and deliver it within one business day.
"I'd been getting quotes between $3,500 and $4,800 from Austin attorneys. Same day I found this site, I'd completed intake by lunch and had the signed Trust on my desk by Friday afternoon. The drafting was indistinguishable."

Questions Texans actually ask
Will vs. Living Trust — which do I actually need?
A will distributes your estate after probate. A Living Trust avoids probate entirely. If you own a home, have minor children, or value privacy at death, a Trust is almost always the better tool. Most clients end up with both: the Trust holds the assets, and a 'pour-over will' catches anything not already titled in the Trust.
Is an online Texas Living Trust legally valid?
Yes — when it's drafted by a Texas-licensed attorney to the Texas Trust Code, signed in the presence of a notary, and properly funded. We do all three steps with you. We're attorneys, not a software company.
What does 'funding the trust' mean?
Re-titling your assets — your home, your bank accounts, your brokerage account — into the name of the Trust. We provide step-by-step Texas-specific funding instructions for each asset type. Without funding, the Trust is just paper.
Can I change my Trust later?
Yes — that's why it's called 'revocable.' You can amend it or revoke it entirely at any time during your lifetime, by simple written instrument.
What if my situation is complex (business, blended family, large estate)?
Our productized Trust plans cover the majority of Texas families. For business succession, blended families, special-needs planning, or estates over the federal exemption, we route to a custom engagement with an attorney — typically $5,500–$25,000 depending on scope.
